This Privacy Policy explains how TuneLens ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service at tunelens.app.

1. What We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the TuneLens service.
To authenticate your account and keep your data private to you.
To pass audio and brief text to AI analysis models for the purpose of generating results.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase — handles authentication and database storage. Your email and session data are processed by Supabase in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Google Gemini — audio and text data is sent to Google's Gemini API for AI analysis. Google processes this data as a data processor under our agreement. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Audio files are stored in a private server directory accessible only to authenticated users. Supabase row-level security ensures users can only access their own records.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete individual analysis sessions, pitches, and outreach contacts directly within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

TuneLens is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes via the app or by email.
