TuneLens provides AI-assisted audio analysis and sync brief evaluation as a creative tool. All results — including mix scores, brief matches, pitch recommendations, and production notes — are generated by AI models and are intended as general creative guidance only. They do not constitute professional legal, licensing, or business advice.

2. You Are Responsible for Your Content

By uploading audio files or submitting YouTube links to TuneLens, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright to the uploaded audio, or have obtained all necessary licences and permissions from the rights holders to use the content for analysis purposes.
• Your use of TuneLens does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You will not upload audio content that you do not have the right to use.
• You will not upload pirated, illegally obtained, or unlicensed commercial recordings.

TuneLens does not verify ownership or licensing status of uploaded content. Any infringement liability arising from content you submit rests solely with you.

3. No Warranty on Analysis Results

AI-generated analysis is probabilistic by nature. TuneLens makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or commercial suitability of any analysis output. Sync decisions, pitch strategies, and production changes should be evaluated by qualified professionals before acting on them.

4. The Sync Industry Involves Unknown Variables

A positive brief match or high mix score does not guarantee a successful sync placement. Many factors outside TuneLens's knowledge affect sync outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Unknown decision makers: Music supervisors and their specific preferences at the time of your pitch are not known to TuneLens.
• Unknown competition: The number, quality, and style of other tracks being pitched for the same brief is unknown. A strong score does not mean your track will be the best fit relative to all competing submissions.
• Changing briefs: A brief's requirements can evolve or be filled before you pitch.
• Subjective taste: Sync decisions ultimately rest on human judgement, which AI cannot reliably predict.

Use TuneLens results as one input among many, not as a definitive assessment of your track's commercial potential.

5. Temporary File Storage

Uploaded audio files are stored temporarily on our servers solely to perform the requested analysis. Files are automatically deleted after a retention period. TuneLens does not redistribute, publish, or use your audio content for any purpose other than providing the analysis service to you.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Analysis is performed in part by third-party AI services (currently Google Gemini). By using TuneLens you acknowledge that anonymised audio or textual data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuneLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any sync licensing decisions or commercial outcomes based on the analysis results.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of TuneLens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
